Centrally located. Close to the downtown live music scene, and shopping. With 2 bedrooms including a king bed, and a full/twin bunk bed, fresh clean sheets, a well-equipped bathroom, plenty of towels, and essential amenities like Coffee, WiFi, and a washing machine, guests will feel right at home. Private access to the Barton creek greenbelt, and trail. Hike or bike to Zilker Park, Town lake, Barton Springs pool, and the downtown area. The back yard is well landscaped, and lit at night.

Beautiful garden close to everything

We loved our stay! The property is just the right amount of everything for our family of 4! Beautiful backyard garden with fire pit! The backyard leads to the barton creek greenbelt trail. Amazing views!!! Only a mile walk to the Barton springs pool! We will definitely be staying here again! Wonderful and friendly hosts!! Don't forget to visit Tacodeli and Rosie's.On your way out, they are also amazingand a very close walk.!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Wonderful!!

Would definitely stay here again. Carlton was great to deal with. The bed was super comfortable. Tacodeli across the street is fantastic! Very clean and all basics were there. The backyard is quiet and a great place to hang out. Good neighborhood.

Austin retreat

We were extremely happy and comfortable during our stay to visit the grands. Everything was well thought out for guests including kitchen essentials such as coffee set up, laundry essentials, and plenty of bath towels and bathroom items like q-tips, soap and cotton balls. The bed linens were comfortable and the Lovesac was a welcome surprise. The backyard was an oasis for coffee or a glass of wine. The trail beyond the yard was perfect for hiking with the kiddos. Having a lovely market just a brief walk away was perfect to grab some ice cream treats. The Tacodeli next to the market was a bonus—with giftcard provided—and was great for breakfast tacos. Our host was very gracious and Midas, our four-legged neighbor was very friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit and hoping to use the firepit and fireplace. Comfort is key when traveling and we felt like home.

Peaceful and comfortable

This property was wonderful! It was comfortable with all of the amenities of home... simple things like coffee pods and sweetener, dish detergent, and even Q-tips, are already there to get you started. The backyard is just lovely, and we enjoyed walking right on to the Barton Creek trail each day. Breakfast tacos from Tacodeli across the street were a bonus! The Manager was fantastic and communicated everything to me and also answered my questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Perfect location near everything

Perfect location for our family weekend. Love walking over to TacoDeli and the market as well as being right in the Zilker park trail. Enjoyed the coffee service and loads of towels and pillows. Would stay there again for sure.

Best VRBO experience ever!

This duplex is spacious, clean, pets are welcome. They have the most comfortable beds, both kinds of coffee makers, dishes, knives, silverware, a huge bathroom! Very kind owners who put that special touch! Not to mention the gorgeous backyard that leads to the trails! A mile down the trail to the Barton springs pool. I will be staying here my next trip to Austin. Truly my highest recommendation!
