STU SoCo Pool, Parking, Gym 03 Summary: Welcome to your perfect Austin getaway! Nestled in the vibrant South Congress neighborhood near E. Riverside, whether you’re here for business, pleasure, or both, enjoy easy access to the city’s best dining, shopping, and nightlife, all from a stylish home base designed for comfort and convenience. ✔ 7 mins to the famous Congress Ave Bridge bats ✔ 13 min scenic walk to Downtown Austin ✔ Self Check-In ✔ Free parking on site ✔ 24 HR fitness center ✔ Pool ✔ Washer & Dryer in unit I’m available to respond to messages daily from 9 AM to 2 AM EST The Space: Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee (1 Max). It's in our house rules down below. Especially when the seasons change, Austin does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this. Please note guests will not have access to mailboxes or package deliveries The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. We make sure to provide basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own. Guest Access: You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, enjoy the roof top, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities. The apt itself was fine. Nothing fancy, cheap uncomfortable furniture, bed was meh. There are no curtains so the entire studio apt is brightly lit all night by the courtyard pool light, it’s also not well insulated and all you hear is road noise and traffic all night. Highly suggest ear plugs if you like sleeping.
