Modern 3 bedroom Home within a few blocks from University of Texas and Hyde Park, and within 2.5 miles of 6th street in downtown. Checkout is at 12:30 pm so that you can stay in bed longer on the last day of stay. Patio available for picnic and enjoyment of the outdoors as it is shaded by big Pecan Tree. Enjoy a round of golf on nearby Hancock Golf Course. Walk to UT games from your reserved parking at the property.

A Spotless, serene and tranquil location that is beautiful, and conveniently located to the UT Austin campus as well as groceries and cafes and includes dedicated parking spaces. I highly recommend this VRBO as a definite 5 star location that we would love to return to.

Nice easy stay

This was probably the cleanest VRBO property we have ever been in. Everything was nice and tidy, floors clean, kitchen was well-equipped. It was also very nice to have some easy options for breakfast in the freezer that the kids really enjoyed. Instructions were simple and clear (no 20-point checkout process), and the host responded to our questions efficiently. We would recommend this property.

Convenient Location

This place is very spacious and conveniently close to the University. Although, it’s close to the hustle and bustle of university life, this area is surprisingly calm and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and will continue to stay at this place when visiting our daughter.

We came in to watch a football game and, while our team didn’t do so great, the house was perfect. Great location, we walked to the game with no problems. We were able to get in without any problems and there was plenty of room for all of us. Will definitely come back.

CLEANEST PLACE WE’VE EVER STAYED

I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of this property. Immaculate comes to mind. Parking should be considered limited for more than one car. Neighborhood in a nice residential area. Great location for St David’s and UT campus and Erwin Center events. The host’s recommendation for Mary’s for breakfasf/brunch/coffee was excellent. We did have issues with the GPS locating 32-1/2 street but Carlos helped us out.

Our stay at Hancock was fantastic!

We had a great experience. The property is beautiful and in a great location. Carlos was a great host who made sure everything was perfect for us when we arrived. The stay was fantastic in every way and we would love to return in the future!

Great House!

We came in for the F1 race. The house was conveniently located to the Circuit of the Americas and Downtown. Good selection of food nearby. Highly recommend Bird Bird Bisquit and Love Supreme Pizza. The house was clean, quiet and well decorated. Only disappointment was that there were no TV’s in the bedrooms and no cable so we had to go out to watch the Braves clinch their division win. We would stay again!

Location + Beds + Brand New

We had a fine stay at this very new house that seems to have been designed with VRBO in mind. The front door opens right into a small, living room + dining room + kitchen. Most of the square footage has been spent on three nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. There's not a lot of hangout space as a result, but surely enough for four people. The appliances and kitchen were nicer than they need to be. The lighting is a bit rough: extremely bright cool white with on or off the only option. Warm white and dimmers would go a long way to making the space nicer. But that's a minor quibble. If you want to sleep a lot of folks and don't need a lot of living/dining space, this works well. Also easy walk to Hyde Park restaurants and stores, plus Mary's for breakfast right around the corner.

Clean and cozy!

We had a great time spending the weekend here. The house is modern and beautiful, and it was immaculate when we arrived. Despite the proximity to the highway and UT, the neighborhood is very quiet and had plenty of parking. And Carlos was a great host- he has a binder with all of the details that you need to know, was very responsive for all our questions, and got us a welcome gift. I'd definitely stay here again.
