Thoughtfully curated with West Texas artifacts, the vibe has style, style and more style. The best part is that it is located in Central Austin and is a short uber to downtown and all of Austin\`s best attractions. Walk to grab breakfast or coffee across the street or grab lunch at Little Deli. The neighborhood wine bar Violet Crown is just a few blocks away. Or sip wine here on one of the four outdoor patios! This guesthouse is in the Brentwood neighborhood, which is one of Austin\`s coolest most central spots. The neighborhood was built in the 50\`s and 60\`s with most of the houses freshly remodeled, so it\`s eclectic and unique (like Austin!) There is a gigantic city park about a 10 minute walk away alongside a cute grocery store, ice cream shop, and old school deli. Brentwood is slightly north of downtown and within a 10 minute drive, you can get to just about any interesting Austin spot you\`d like. The neighborhood is super central and one of Austin\`s favorite neighborhoods. Parking is easy, as there is a driveway a few steps from the unit, where you can park. There is a convenience store two properties over where you can grab some drinks or snacks. Across the street is Bird Bird Biscuit, a sweet breakfast spot and a cute coffee shop Brentwood Social House is just two blocks away. The house and location was so much better than our last stay at a hotel. We were able to settle in, relax and spend so much more random time together. Home was perfect for us with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen and dining area. The living room area had plenty of seating with lots of entertainment options with Roku TV. Plenty of space and room. Quiet neighborhood and adequate parking on the property and street. Reasonable cost. The only knock is a lack of provision for mobility impaired guests in the downstairs bathrooms--high sided tubs/showers with no grab bars.
