This is 5 stars because it really fit our needs - it is a college apt it is not the "nicest" most perfect VRBO ever, it's not the Austin Four Seasons, but it is just right. Yes the paint isnt perfect, there's a hole or two where door stops got pushed through the door or wall, but it is a great place for 8-10 people who want to spend time together and be right around the corner from everything UT!!! My friends and I booked this place as a reunion trip & our first time in Austin. We had so much fun. The area was safe, the place was nice, and the outside area was amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place for more than a few days - the rooms are tiny. The floors were also pretty dirty upon arrival and could use a good mop. Other than those two things, it was awesome and I definitely rexcomend. ##### Loren A. When getting to the apartment we were stuck outside due to not having gate codes, when trying to go up to the sixth floor the elevators were broken. Once we finally made it the door the code was incorrect, after we finally got the right code and going into the home the floors were super dirty like they had not been swept or mopped in some time. ##### Paule D. There were stains on the walls, the bottom of our feet were filthy from walking on the floor, and the main bathroom door was broken so no one had privacy.
