We received an email letting us know that check in was moved to 4 30\. After a long car ride this was very annoying. Also, there should have been more clarification for the THREE codes to get into the condo (gate, main door, door to condo) Finally, the drain in the large shower did not drain well. We called, i spoke to Wendy (I think that was her name) we had to wait 2 days for this to be addressed. I told Wendy that i did not want someone in our condo unless we were there, she totally disregarded my request and had a maintence person enter when we were not there. The condo is lovely, however, customer service from the condo manager was minimal, we should have been offered some concession for our inconvenience. We were offered a delayed check out but we needed to get on the road. A shout out to Brittney (the cleaner) she worked as fast as she could to get us in the ##### Linda H.
