We had 10 ladies stay between the two properties so there was plenty of space. The A/C worked great even with highs of 104 all weekend and a heat index of 110! The conjoining yard in the back was very nice as it made it very easy to hang out with everyone and use the back doors to go back and forth to each home. That being said, the units were both clean and comfortable. The beds were particularly comfortable. The duplex worked very well for our large group. We had a couple of issues with lights and leaks.
