Featured in Vacation Rental Travels Magazine as THE home to choose for when staying in Austin. I respond immediately! Prices for special events such as SXSW, ACL, or Formula 1 are higher. Located 1 block to MANY restaurants, shopping, entertainment, etc. The home has 2 free parking passes to park at the front door. HOME INFO: \- 3 bedroom / 2 bath of 1500 sq/ft \- fully furnished \- 1 gig of high speed internet \- lots of info on unit located at the door to help with your stay and includes contact info, internet sign in, aerial map, and list of restaurants in area \- a written list of the restaurants including phone, website, and what makes them popular is included in unit to help you get familiar with the area \- no pets allowed \- home is vacant and not occupied by owner, but has all amenities needed for wonderful stay LIVING ROOM: \- 55 inch Samsung smart TV with streaming. You don't necessarily need a car as so much is walkable. 2) FREE PARKING - No need to park a half mile away or pay for parking when you can park at my front door. The home comes with 2 free parking passes. Other homes do not have this amenity. 3) SERVICE - I text you 5-7 days prior to your arrival to give you my contact info and touch base on your upcoming trip. I respond quickly and provide each group their own 4-digit code to get inside the home and I am available any time during your trip in case you need anything. I want you to have a fantastic stay and I have many 5-star reviews combined with all of my listings to prove that. 4) AREA INFO PROVIDED - I provide a map of an aerial view of the home in relation to the many restaurants and things to do within walking distance and provide a written list of those restaurants including phone number and website and what makes them popular so the group can decide which restaurants they want to try. 5) AMENITIES - 55 & 50-inch smart HDTV's in living room and kitchen with streaming, high speed internet, comfortable beds, spacious living room, full kitchen, and ceiling fans in each room. Also, have front porch and covered back deck with seating for 8 for relaxing after a long day of shopping and listening to live music. 6) CLEANLINESS - the home is very clean and has extra towels, sheets, pillows, toiletries, etc. as needed 7) PRIVACY - fenced in front and back yards so you won't be bothered. The home is in the HEART of the South Congress District, which is known for its' many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Chad's home was perfectly located close to SoCo restaurants (we never had a bad meal!) and a straight shot to the Convention Center and downtown. We could not have asked for a better place with plenty of space for the three of us. Whenever we had any issues, Chad was immediately responsive and attentive via text. We were wanting to stay where we could walk to restaurants and shops, and this was the best location in Austin to be able to do that. To our surprise, even though we were only one block away, we heard no noise at all from South Congress, and we were there over New Year's Eve! The house was perfect for our group, comfortable and homey, and was one of the best equipped rentals we've stayed in.
