Come make memories at this unique, family-friendly lake house! This retreat promises a memorable lake vacation. Upscale living, this is simply the most iconic house on Lake Travis.

Our modern lake house, "Ridgeview", is located in Lago Vista and overlooks beautiful Lake Travis. We have lake access just 3 minutes away through the local park with a boat ramp, beach for the kids, and swimming area. Our home is located on a quiet and tucked away street. Experience a more relaxing retreat.  
  
House is recently renovated with a lake/farmhouse style and all new furnishings.  
  
OUTDOOR AREA:  
  
Gorgeous, lush outdoor space with multiple seating areas for all seasons.  
  
Huge resort style, activity pool with slide, rock-climbing wall, and waterfall. The pool is 10 feet deep and perfect for big kids or kids at heart. This is not a leisure pool. Come ready to play! For the non-swimmers, we have a mexican-style palapa for shade with colorful chaise lounges and adirondack chairs.  
  
Upstairs you'll have a covered patio with string lights to catch the breeze, take in the sunset, and listen to tunes on the outdoor TV.  
  
Downstairs we have a fire pit area with 4 adirondack chairs and plenty of seating around the wrap-around stone bench seats. We provide free firewood and fire starters!   
  
There's a 3 burner propane grill for use by the firepit. We provide the propane.  
  
KITCHEN & DINING:  
  
The kitchen is well stocked for large meals: Premium pots and pans, high end cooking utensils, and every little kitchen tool you can imagine (wine corkscrew included). With a ton of foot traffic space, there's still a large dining space, dining chairs and bar stools at a center island bar for EVERYONE to have a seat, visit, laugh, tell stories and make unforgettable memories. There is a separate FREE coffee bar available for guests as well! Grab a cup and enjoy!  
  
LIVING ROOM:  
  
The main living area is an open concept that blends the kitchen into the living room. Huge windows span the entire west-facing side of the house. You can literally see the view of the lake and hill-country from every room in the house. The living room has a 75" LED TV with soundbar and subwoofer, perfect for watching sports or movies. Two leather couches and two lounge chairs. Plenty of blankets and places to set drinks.  
  
GAMEROOM:  
  
Downstairs has a giant L-shaped couch with chaise lounge and a 65" LED TV. Soundbar and subwoofer make movie nights an experience. Also in the room you will find a full length shuffleboard table, a replica Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles arcade cabinet, and the cabinet under the TV has rows and rows of board games.

Bedroom 1: King Size mattress with en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. En Suite bath has walk-in rain shower, double sinks, and walk-in closet. Private access to patio.  
Bedroom 2: Queen Size mattress with plenty of closet space.  
  
The 2nd full bath has shower/tub combo with single sink and lots of counter space.  
  
1st Floor  
  
Bedroom 3: King Size mattress with full length floor mirror and closet space.  
Bedroom 4: Bunkroom with 2 separate Twin XL over Queen bunkbeds. Can sleep 6 adults.  
  
The 3rd full bath has a standing shower with single sink and counter space.  
  
EXTRAS:  
  
We know traveling with little ones can be a challenge. We provide for you a pack-n-play, and adjustable highchair.  
  
In the garage we provide a large sun canopy, 2 folding tables, and 10 camping chairs for use by the pool or at the lake.   
  
In the garage you'll find a broom, mop, vacuum, and cleaning supplies. We also have a second fridge for storing food and drinks. We offer a full size washer/dryer for your use, along with laundry detergent. Iron and Ironing board provided.  
  
\*\*\*NOTE: There is an additional cost of $50 per day to heat the Hot Tub/SPA. If you would like the Hot Tub/SPA heated please let us know prior to your arrival. (Hot Tub/SPA is only heated October to April)  
  
Guests have access to the entire property. Parking available for maximum of 6 Vehicles.  
  
WARNING! Our pool is not a leisure pool. It's an activity pool. The pool is very deep to accommodate the slide and rock climbing wall. For inexperienced swimmers, THE RISK OF DROWNING IS HIGH. Please watch your children. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

#### Lago Vista family getaway 

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Lago Vista oasis. I was in search of finding a space where my family could meet up to relax and disconnect from the stressors of everyday life, and I couldn’t have found a better property to do so. There was adequate space for my family of 12 to relax and sleep comfortably. We all loved how the property had multiple recreational areas to enjoy. Each night my family utilized the expansive pool, large hot tube, roomy fire pit area over looking the Texas hill country and the game room area downstairs with nightly shuffle board tournaments. The view from the fire pit area in the morning over looking the Texas hill country while enjoying a cup of coffee, to the stunning sunset views in the evening from the second level outdoor deck were breathtaking. #### Amazing Pool + Beautiful View!

We have four kids 8 and under, and this was just the perfect place for a slow relaxing week. The pool is epic and the view at sunset from the house is really beautiful. The house has a lot of great touches and Jay is so responsive and helpful as an owner.

First and foremost the host, Jay, is very responsive. Home is well equipped and as advertised. We had 6 adults and all enjoyed the property, pool, hottub and fire pit area are great and we used all daily. The host provides great instructions and recommendations. We played pickleball everyday and did not have any issues. Awesome time staying here.

#### Nice floor plan, quiet area

Very nice floor plan allows you to spread out. There were pool towels & coffee mugs. The couches were comfortable & the view pretty. There are deer roaming at night. Very peaceful area. Just note there are no drapes or sheers on entry or windows facing the back. Bring your own wash cloths & dish cloths & dish towels or lots of paper towels. If you have mobility or balance issues, keep in mind the driveway slopes down & the back yard is very sloped as well. Check google maps for road information.

#### Awesome Relaxing Bachelorette

This property was amazing for a weekend bachelorette stay! Jay’s communication was top notch and the property was absolutely gorgeous. The entire house was spotless on arrival and had everything that we needed. The property is close proximity to local bars and restaurants and an easy drive to The Domain and Downtown Austin. The sunset views are breathtaking!

#### Friends getaway

We had the best time at this property. Jay was so helpful with any questions I had for him. The pool is amazing it is 12 ft. And the edges were more like 4ft which isn't described in the listing so we brought floats which were useful. I would say the only thing I didn't like bout the property was the amount of stairs. I have a bad knee so it was a chore to go up and down. We loved the deck and the views. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.
