  • Escape to this modern treehouse retreat, nestled among towering trees and a tranquil creek. With large windows, you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding forest from the comfort of your cozy living space. Unwind on the large spacious decks on two levels overlooking natural beauty, or curl up by the fireplace. Enjoy the best of Austin with walkability to Downtown, Lady Bird Lake, Auditorium Shores, Zilker Park, South Congress, and fantastic restaurants and food trucks along S. First St.

    *ROOM DESCRIPTIONS*

    NEWLY COMPLETED — SUMMER 2026: 700 SF of new deck space across two levels under the tree canopy, firepits, landscape lighting throughout the grounds, and a newly added bathroom — now 3.5 baths for up to 9 guests.

    King Primary Bedroom with en suite full bathroom- Main floor
    King Second Bedroom with en suite full bathroom- 1st floor
    Queen Bedroom with shared full bathroom - 1st floor
    Guest bedroom with two Double beds with shared full bathroom- 1st floor
    Second living room with pullout sofa- 1st floor

    *AMENITIES*
    Each bathroom is equipped with a full-size hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Bath salt is provided for the primary bathroom.

    The kitchen is stocked with a Nespresso machine with original capsules (incl. decaf) and various teas. Other items including pots & pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, mixing bowls, bottle opener, and etc will be provided.

    Access to indoor fireplace will not be provided during the warm weather.

Perfect!!

Jong was a fabulous host!! Very responsive! This house delivered. Great porches and outdoor space. Beds and bedding were like sleeping on a cloud! Open design was perfect for all being together!! Walking distance to great restaurants, including Terry Blacks! Wish we could’ve stayed longer but we WILL be back! Thanks, Jong!!
