The home is new, modern, and very clean. The neighborhood seems to be undergoing renewal/new construction and isn't walkable to very much but it's a quick drive to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. The nature of the bedroom/bathroom layout makes it a great spot for a family or group of close friends, as the two King rooms (both upstairs) each have their own bathroom, while the three downstairs bedrooms share one bathroom. We were a group of four couples and our college-age sons who know each other quite well, so we were able to do some bathroom sharing in the upstairs bedrooms so as not to have 8 people sharing one downstairs. The outdoor area is wonderful and had plenty of seating for our whole group to be able to hang out together. The property manager was incredibly easy to work with and was very accommodating to our needs, including a very quick response when we accidentally set off the smoke alarm with some burned toast.
