The host was very responsive and went out of his way to be flexible as we were discussing check-in and check-out. Even though the house only has two bedrooms, it feels much bigger due to the cathedral ceiling over the living area. The house has a modern look with a well appointed kitchen (very neat) and even though we didn't cook, it would be easy for somebody to accomplish that. Dining table easily fits four people and the living room has space for even more. Very cute sitting area in front of entry door. We've been to Austin several times and love this neighborhood. Many people are out jogging, riding bikes, or walking their dogs. The neighborhood has a very welcoming feel. A short drive to UT and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. ##### kevin c.
