We are in the process of sourcing the proper equipment to remove these streaks, however the mirror and bathroom have been cleaned and disinfected for use No shoes in the carpeted bedrooms. We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules. You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 3rd floor We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit. We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware. Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. This apartment was so poorly lit and dingy compared to the bright photos listed.The bedroom carpet was filthy. I immediately reached out to the owner and voiced my concerns. He said he would not refund anything. I offered him that he could charge a couple of nights for the inconvenience.He refused to refund . We lost a 10 day rental. He even charged us extra for our pet cat that never even entered the property and that was another 270 which he also would not refund. We checked out within 10 min of arrival. VRBO customer service has not responded. They just went silent after i opened a case with them and after i followed up they said it would take a couple of days. Its been 2 weeks and not even an email from VRBO. It was clean and cute. The beds were comfy, kitchen was nice and useful, and we felt secure in the location. The management was responsive when we had questions and for check-in/check-out.
