My stay was great. The property was nice and clean. The only down fall for me was that there were only 2 pans for cooking. I wouldve like to have a few more pans. Other than that i loved my stay

Great location, easy check-in, and great communication. We experienced issues with a clogged drain in the bathroom sink upon arrival which unfortunately wasn’t fixed before we left, however management was quick to respond to our call. The downstairs bathroom wasn’t cleaned when we arrived with hairs still on and around the toilet, the heating downstairs didn’t work either.

Good location. Address provided by Sonder takes you (google and Apple Maps) to the wrong place. The home was clean, yard and exterior needs TLC. However, cheap furniture and broken closet door felt a little run down.

The interior and exterior was badly worn out. The balcony out back and the wood soffit was rotted out and had a lot of water damage. The wood fence was also falling apart and in disrepair. Lots of spider webs on light fixtures which was strange. This is in a great location but on a VERY busy street and you can hear the heavy car traffic day and night. The bed was comfortable

Poorly maintained property.
The property is in deplorable condition. I took many photos. Lots of water issues, and some a person with allergies had a hard time staying in the unit; we suspect it could be mold. There was also a light pole down in the parking lot creating extremely hazardous conditions.

Rebooked our property
Sonder rebooked our property the day we we’re supposed to arrive. After 3 HOURS on hold and trying to get in contact with hotels.com and Sonder we were finally told there was no unit for us and they’d have to find a replacement. Instead of checking in at 4 we weren’t able to check in anywhere until almost 8 pm and it wasn’t even our original booking. Absolutely ridiculous.

My daughter liked the toiletries, laundry detergent, and the olive oil provided in the kitchen. The house was spacious, and the upstairs befrooms had a lot of natural light. The building was a little worn, but overall the unit was good for the price.

The place is great and in a wonderful neighborhood. Very convenient. Pretty clean with plenty of towels and sheets. Minor complaint is that it wasn’t clear that one has to provide own entertainment through Chromecast. Then again you’re in Austin, plenty of entertainment outside of the condo.

Awesome south location
Great property, excellent communication, wonderful location. Driveway is steep, be prepared. They were communicative and helpful with the small issue I encountered. Walk to the bats! Recommend.

A Great Place to Stay
I was afraid to try out a new place since my school district was going to book in the same place, but what a wonderful surprise!! It was exacrly what we needed!!!! It was clean, spacious, and close to anything we needed. We will stay here again for sure.

Nice place in a great location - walking distance to the lake and downtown Austin. 1st Street is quite busy with traffic but the units are far enough from the road that we didn't have any issues with noise. Great to have full kitchen and laundry facilities to be able to cook and do washing. Really appreciate that the kitchen had salt and pepper!!! A lot of places don't have this and it's a nuisance to have to buy some for only a few days.

Perfect for Conference at Palmer Conv Center!
Great location (walking distance to the Palmer Convention Center), cute little patio we worked too much to use, upstairs batch fro the 2 bedrooms and little powder room downstairs. Plus, they made it super easy/convenient to checkout -- just leave. No trash/linens to deal with. Awesome! Would totally do this spot again!

It was so easy to check in and to get settled in this townhome. It was like having my own house in Austin. I loved the location, an easy drive to everything. If it had been good weather I could have walked to Lady Bird Park. The townhome was modern and clean.

There was nothing to like. The place wasn’t cleaned. There were pictures on the table avd gribf dirty dishes. Unmsdevbeds. No window coverings. After going through there reducous acceptance screening then I had to move to smithed location and take tgereclittle attempt to rectify the situation because there were no ther options at that hour in Austin. Abd all said and done they billed me a $300 clean up fee fir nothing

Regarding cleanliness: we found a dirty wash cloth left in the laundry cabinet upon arrival, and the borders of the upstairs tub has contain areas affected with black mold. Condition: one of the upstairs bedroom fan worked on only 1 speed (slow). The apartment needs a more accessible light at entrance

a place to share with others near downtown
Easy check in. Plenty of space. All the amenities for a multi day stay. Only real challenge is one shower for all that space and its sandwiched between 2 bedrooms so you'll have to coordinate a bit (2nd bathroom but no shower). Really loved having a full kitchen, true sitting area, back patio, laundry on site, and free parking. Plus appreciated coded locks to avoid loosing any keys.
