Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters, especially if they are found dead, does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else. \- Guests will need to download the Chirp Access phone app to open the community gates to enter the complex, as the gates are only open-able through this app. Interaction with Guests: We are available to virtually assist guests 24/7, whenever you need us. We had a tough time with the app, we could not get into apartment because my name at first was not on the booking. The entire process was rough. The apartment was nice despite no cover sheet.
