We stayed at this house for a bachelorette trip last weekend. It was the perfect house. Super close to everything which made it super easy to get around town. The owner had great communication and checked in via text several times before, during and after our stay. Would recommend this house if you coming to Austin for a trip!

This house has everything….Pool, hot tub, backyard fun, fire pit and games. The house is well appointed with everything that a large group would need or want. This house is so fun! We loved staying at this house! Comfortable, well decorated with high end finishes.

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip, and it was perfect!!! Grant was so communicative and responded to any questions we had within minutes... Clean, great location, and would highly recommend.

#### Better Than the Photos—A 100-Star Experience!

Sometimes you book a place and the photos outshine the actual experience—but not here. This VRBO far exceeded our expectations. The photos, as beautiful as they are, don’t begin to capture how incredible this home and stay truly were.We hosted my sister’s bachelorette here, and every single detail—from the impeccably on-theme cowgirl décor to the spotless cleanliness—made this feel like more than just a rental. It felt curated, cozy, and ready for joy.Even with a weekend full of unexpected storms and flooding, we had the absolute best time. We adjusted plans easily because the house had everything: karaoke, a pool, a hot tub, space to do yoga, and comfy places to lounge, cook, and laugh. It felt like the getaway we didn’t know we needed.Grant, the property manager, was responsive and thoughtful and made everything feel easy. From getting ready together in front of the adorable cowgirl mirrors to just soaking up good vibes in the living room—it was perfection.If I could give this stay 100 stars, I would. It’s hands down one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. I can’t recommend it enough.

#### Great place for a great time!

The house was clean and very updated. We loved the spacious table where our group of 10 could all eat together. The kitchen appliances were Thor, very top of the line. The outside was amazing....hot tub, pool, ping pong, fire pit, covered patio, grill...everything you need for a great time. The bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and the beds very comfortable. I loved the upstairs balcony and the set of free weights...was just enough to get my work out in. My whole group had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Perfect Stay!!

The house is absolutely beautiful! Me and my friends (15 of us) celebrated my 22nd birthday and stayed here and would highly recommend! A variety of amenities allowed us to stay in the house the entire second day and the host was quick to respond and very helpful! The pool wasn’t warm enough so the host allowed me to turn up the heat to a perfect temperature! The rooms are beautiful decorated and plenty of space for a big group!
