It features hardwood floors, central AC and heat, super comfy beds with memory foam toppers, open floor plan, 1000mbps WiFi, Apple TV/Netflix, and a beautiful, fully fenced back yard with patio. Convenient location: 10 minutes to downtown, the University of Texas and tons of restaurants/attractions; and 5 minutes to the Mueller development, with shops, restaurants, Alamo Drafthouse movie theater, huge HEB grocery store, coffee shops, parks and trails, and weekly farmers market. Minimum stay is 30 days. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, and bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. All beds are equipped with memory foam mattress toppers for a super comfy night's sleep.
