The area is great for a walk or run with restaurants close by. Short drive to UT. The house presents a cozy atmosphere with one bedroom and a loft over the kitchen/LR area. Host was very easy to communicate with and I had no problem extending our stay and adding a third family member. With those two changes, we realized that the house can be a tight fit for three adults and it would have been nice to have a sink in the kitchen.
