My family stayed for two nights. This property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from UT and very near to everything. The property was well stocked and clean when we arrived. We had a very pleasant stay and the owners communicated promptly. The only issue I had was a musty odor in the downstairs living area. Also, the morning of our arrival we were informed the vanity lights in the downstairs bedroom’s bath didn’t work and they couldn’t get an electrician out to fix it before our arrival. I know things break and it being a Friday, handymen are hard to round up. Just made it a little inconvenient for dressing for graduation festivities. I called when we checked in to get someone to come out to repair. No one came. Called the next morning, no one came and no one contacted me. texted Vacasa the third morning, told the problem would be expedited. Again no one came and no one called. We checked out the next morning with still nothing working. It could have been great stay, it was a great location reasonably appointed etc. But I don’t recommend this house or Vacasa.
