Despite not being huge, we, as a family of 5, fit perfectly. Even though MLK is a busy street, the unit is very insulated and there was no issue with sound. The location was great as it allowed us to walk places, take the bus and when we were meeting folks in different parts of town, we were central enough that traffic wasn't a pain (big deal for being in Austin).
