The owner was so accommodating and easy to reach as we hammered out the details. The bride and groom to be absolutely loved sleeping in the tipi outside, and the area was spacious enough for everyone in our party to have a great time. We would definitely stay here again whether or not we had a party to throw. The property was easy to access and we were well-oriented on the use of the property which is large inside and out. Such as the water well and that the home is on the second floor above the garage. The host does include a filtered water tank and an ice maker ! Which we used A LOT very grateful for that ! Our overall stay was great and would definitely go back! The outside is so gorgeous, but the little fish pond was dirty and had a smell to it that made sitting outside less appealing although we toughed it out and stayed outside for a good while as it was so relaxing. The property is in a great location...away from heavy traffic, but close enough to all conveniences. The neighborhood is safe and family friendly. I was speechless when I arrived to check out the place for an even I was planning. I fell in love with the photos, but the real thing is nothing less than breathtaking. Once you get there and take in the scenery, you start to think “what’s the catch?” My first thought was that the hosts would probably be super overbearing because they have such a beautiful property. However, they are the exact opposite. To just say that they are helpful, attentive, caring, is all an understatement. When I started getting behind while setting up the event, Katie and her husband both offered helping hands and even offered their three sons to help out if needed. During the event, a few of the guests were a bit more curious than I would have liked and thought they would help themselves to some of the “no guest access” locations that were clearly marked as so, and Katie was much more understanding than I was. I was a ball of stress, Katie and her family played a massive role in making sure I held together through it all. If you’re thinking about booking it, JUST BOOK IT. If you feel maybe it’s just a bit out of budget, JUST BOOK IT- treat yourself. You won’t regret it. I will be back. Most likely just to relax because events are too stressful. 😂 ##### Samantha D.
