The Space:

Morning light filters through large windows, easing the apartment into the day with a calm, sun‑kissed glow. You hear the gentle hum of the East Riverside neighborhood, a quiet backdrop that lets you unwind after exploring Austin’s vibrant streets. Inside, wood floors and an open layout invite you to spread out, settle in, and feel at home between adventures. Evenings drift into slower moments—streaming a favorite show, sharing a meal on the patio, or gathering with friends in a comfortable shared space.



Sleeping arrangements

Four private bedrooms give flexibility for families, friends, or work groups. Three rooms each hold a queen bed with linens, wardrobes, and bedside surfaces. The fourth bedroom features a twin bed and doubles as a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair behind a door. All bedrooms have code locks for added privacy. Additional sleeping options include a queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a queen air mattress stored in the laundry area, comfortably accommodating up to eleven guests.



Living space

The living room sits just inside the private entrance, arranged for conversation and downtime. A comfortable sofa anchors the space and converts into the queen sofa sleeper when needed, with extra seating nearby and a flat‑screen Smart TV with cable. The open‑concept design keeps everyone connected, whether you’re relaxing indoors or stepping out to the private patio.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen offers generous counter space, all the basics for everyday meals and longer stays, and a breakfast nook with seating for four. It’s a casual spot for morning coffee or easy meals while staying close to the living area.



Outdoor living

Step onto the private patio for outdoor dining and a BBQ grill, or explore the shared outdoor pool and shared hot tub, available year‑round during posted hours. A shared gym nearby and on‑site exercise equipment—including cardio machines, free weights, and a yoga mat—let you stay active without leaving the property. Families will appreciate the outdoor playground and open grassy areas.



Work & fitness

High‑speed Wifi supports streaming and remote work, and the dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive. On‑site fitness equipment offers cardio, strength, and yoga options.



Location & neighborhood

Set in East Riverside, the apartment balances a residential, peaceful feel with easy access to downtown Austin, the airport, parks, nightlife, and major venues. You’re a short drive or rideshare from Zilker Park, live‑music spots, restaurants, museums, and city events, while returning each night to a quieter setting away from downtown noise.



Access & safety

A private entrance, free parking, self check‑in with a smart lock, and a single‑level layout with no stairs make arrival effortless. Exterior security cameras and a noise‑monitoring device help maintain a safe, respectful environment. The home is pet‑friendly and welcomes long‑term stays. Please note the host is not responsible for third‑party amenities such as the pool and gym and cannot offer refunds if they close for maintenance or other unforeseen circumstances.



Guest Access:

The apartment is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The Neighborhood:

The Riverside area is near downtown, the University of Texas, local community college, and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on Riverside you'll find it to be very residential, quiet, and peaceful.



Staying in this place will show you that you are super close to everything without being in the hectic Downtown Austin area. You are a short Uber/Lyft away from a time of your life without having the extra noise to keep you awake at night.



Getting Around:

The neighborhood is private off the main road and has plenty of parking. It is on a first come first serve basis. You are very close to the main highway to get around and close to local shops/restaurants for a quick or nice bite to eat.



Other Things to Note:

Heath, the safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

This home is tucked nicely away but close. This would be an ideal location if you are coming for a major event or concert, like ACL, F1, or SXSW.



We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules down below.



This is on the second floor and does require a small number of stairs.



This complex itself has recently been renovated. However, we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.



Please be aware the unit is in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants, or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.



We make sure to provide the basic amenities you need as you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supplies especially for long-stay bookings need to be purchased on your own.



Just like at a hotel, we kindly ask you to complete our quick verification process in order to receive your check-in details. This will ask you to provide your ID and lodge a safety deposit. Once this is done, we’ll send you your check-in details.



There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance, as well as a noise detector inside the property.
