Brand new space , still some construction going on - but wasn't a problem. The only issue we had were some water bottles/trash under our beds when we arrived. The beds are heavenly - we had 15 girls so the space in the rooms was tight but everyone had their own double bed or twin. We took very short Ubers down to 6th street bar scene and other streets (Not entirely safe to walk at night) But it was easy to grab cars. Not a close grocery store but we used InstaCart and they delivered all our groceries and alcohol within 1.5 hours of arriving.
