"Looks are deceiving!The lobby looked ok the room itself was clean enough to stay. So I stayed woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over my chest and back. I spoke with the manager about it he was very rude!! All he said he could do is refund the room and nothing else. The manager also had me confused with another guest so the hotel definitely has a issue with bed bugs so I definitely don’t recommend this hotel."

"The best place to stay if you have family at Anschutz or the VA. Clean with kitchenette so you don’t have to eat cafeteria food for every meal. Free computer use with printer was a helpful addition as I didn’t bring a laptop this time. Friendly staff… thanks Alex!!"

"Police called there every day of my stay. What does that tell you??"

"The bed sheet appeared stained. We requested a clean set of sheets. These were delivered, and we re-made the bed. There was no trash can in the bathroom and no chair for the desk. A trash can was delivered promptly, but we had to wait until the next morning for a chair."

"Pool was cold and unusable, no hot tub, dirty bath tub, and awful toiletries. Carpet was disgusting and tattered in the entire building and we couldn’t escape the horrible odor. It smelled like someone died recently, it was that bad. The shuttle does not start until almost 5 although the website says no later than 4 so we had to pay $50 to take an Uber. Will never be back. Wish we had spent that extra money on a better place. Homeless people and drug addicts are flooding the area on top of all that. "
