Aunt Janes 2: Large House in Downtown Put in Bay!

Aunt Jane’s is in the heart of downtown just 1/2 block from the Round House! Just a few steps to the Monument, beach, docks, and all the shops, restaurants, pools, bars, and clubs - no long walks, cab rides or designated driver needed! Bring your own food and drinks, and eat better for less! Features fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, dining room, large living room. We provide pillows, blankets + comforters; you bring sheets and towels. We will try to meet or beat the rate of comparable rentals!
The space

We welcome families and groups of friends coming to the island to enjoy the special celebration of life that makes Put-in-Bay famous. Our unique location in the middle of all the commercial downtown resorts allows us to accommodate requests and needs that other residential rentals often cannot, just let us know what you want. We also have additional house and apartment rentals adjacent to this property for larger groups or if more individual bedrooms are required.

This two-story house has ten queen/hotel full sized beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, pots, pans, dishes, basic utensils, and tableware. There is a propane grill with gas supplied and a picnic table in the private yard.

The rental includes free wifi, and there is a flat-screen TV with Roku service (please note we are on an island and cannot be responsible for problems related to third-party service providers).

Enjoy the large private yard with picnic table and grill. Hang out on the open front porch to watch all the action go by, or relax on the screened rear porch. Includes parking for two vehicles (on the driveway) and one space for a rented golf cart (on the grass). Other vehicles will have to park off the property in public parking areas such as the Miller Ferry lot, as available.


Aunt Jane's features multiple contiguous rentals in the commercial zone of the Village of Put-in-Bay and are subject to resort fees and taxes (already included in the total nightly rate shown, before Airbnb service fees). A breakdown of the exact rental charge amount, and the applicable taxes which were added to result in the nightly rate shown, will be available after you book the reservation. Guests of any particular rental are generally not allowed access to portions of the property that are not a designated part of that rental, including non-common rental spaces and yards rented to other Tenants, staff apartments, facility maintenance areas, storage sheds, and any other area that may be designated as off-limits by staff, such as during construction or maintenance.
Other things to note
You can walk to Aunt Jane's from the Jet Express dock or the Miller Ferry bus depot downtown. We can arrange golf cart rentals for you with our friends down the street.

Rentals generally cannot break up weekend (Friday and Saturday nights). Midweek and some holidays may require 3-nite minimum. Please contact us if you would like to request a special date accommodation.

If the police are summoned to the property due to your actions, your entire security deposit may be applied towards penalty, administrative and other managerial costs.
