"This place was perfect for a long weekend getaway from Michigan to enjoy some warmer weather and time on the water. While the fishing didn’t quite cooperate during our stay, everything else about this property more than made up for it. The home was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and truly had everything you could possibly need, which made settling in effortless.The porch quickly became our favorite spot, whether it was starting the morning with coffee or winding down in the evening. It offered a great space to relax and take in the views and weather, which really added to the overall experience.The hosts were outstanding. Communication was prompt, clear, and professional from the start, and everything was so well organized that we never had to reach out during our stay. That said, it was obvious they take pride in their property and guest experience, and I had full confidence they would have been immediately available if needed.Overall, this was an A experience. You can tell the owners genuinely care about their guests and have put a lot of effort into making this a comfortable and memorable place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway."

"This is a nice place to stay in Maysville, right on the Ohio River. The staff were all very friendly. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the breakfast. It would be nice to have some fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal made ahead, etc. The town of Maysville is a lovely place to explore. They obviously have pride in their historic downtown. "

"The property is amazing, waking up to the beauty of God’s creation in KY and sipping your coffee early on the edge of a pond makes your morning great! The manager was beyond patient with us and he was very easy to get in contact with at all times. Our group had the best time.
