I booked the room and called less than 8 hours later with a death in my family and your front desk told me I could cancel the reservation with Expedia that all they had to do was reach it and you would accept the cancellation and when Expedia did you denied it. "Cool experience and great hosts! Matt came out to greet us when we arrived and showed us where to get the key. My kids loved the play room and played tons of air hockey. My daughter also said it was the prettiest bed she’s even seen. Unique building that is clean and had everything we needed. Close to our destinations - the Newport Aquarium and Cincinnati Zoo. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Overall great place, great location particularly if you visit Newport on the Levee. Only detail we didn’t care for was how thin the walls seemed. We could hear our neighbor’s TV late into the night and early in the morning. Aside from that, it was great. "
