Room was filthy! No air conditioner on upon arrival. A/C The vent was so dirty with dust and soot on the ceiling. I have never seen anything likes it. I do have pictures I will see if I can share. Paid over500.00 with fees and deposits and taxes and they give me a 75.00 room credit. I was applauded! Never again Ballys!,

The property was outdated, dirty and worn. I reserved two rooms and one was in the Dennis tower and one was in the Bally's tower. They told me it would be $80 if I wanted to be in the same tower with the other family members we were traveling with even though the reservation for both rooms was booked and paid by me. The room with the king bed had sheets/comforter with a stain on it and the room with the double beds had stains on the pillowcases. Towels were ripped. We spent over $900 for the two rooms. When checking out the desk clerk didn't even ask how are stay was because I think she knows the place is a dump too! In addition, there was a resort tax that had to be paid when checking in for each room along with a hundred dollar security deposit for each room. Not sure what could possibly done to the rooms as they were already a dump to have a security deposit. I expect to pay room rates like this this when traveling to a luxurious location and don't mind paying when a place is nice. This was definitely not nice!

The first night I got an ocean view I had to switch room cause guess next was smoking heavenly , so me and my other half had switch room. The pool was too hot I could stay in it too long.but beside that everything was great

Ballys is really old and outdated. The room was very old and furniture was very old and not kept. In the bathroom around the mirror and light fixtures the metal looks old and as if there were mold growing on it. The wood around the cabinet especially where the refrigerator was kept was very old and needed to be replaced. The carpet after getting off the elevator to my floor was very old and not appealing. I ordered room service and the first woman who answered the phone was very rude and made me feel like I was bothering her that I had to ask her. I stayed at ballys because I remember staying here as a kid but it definitely wasn’t what I remembered.

I liked the fact that it was on the boardwalk and close to restaurants off the boardwalk as well as the shopping outlet. I didn’t like that housekeeping never came in our room to clean up.
