Everything you will need is in this rental, sectioned off from the main house you have your own private/mini 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, sitting area, bathroom and room as seen in the pictures. I stayed 7 nights and it was very quiet and peaceful. Great location and neighborhood. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing only because breakfast was not included and I’m not sure about the other reviews regarding a washer and dryer, but there was none in the space that I rented. Looks great but problems. The unit is immaculate and well-decorated, well-furnished and appointed, and spotless. However, our stay included electric circuit problems. First, when we arrived in the evening, the rental was so cold that we decided to turn on both heating units, a window unit in the BR and a free-standing unit in the LR. After 5 minutes, the breaker tripped and the unit was dark. We had no phone or email for the owner, who lived in the same property but was away for the evening. So we waited in the car for over an hour until the owner returned and reset the breaker. Second, on our last night we arrived back in the room after 9 pm and the unit was again dark. Another tripped breaker, we assumed, but it was puzzling because everything worked earlier. We had been careful not to run the 2 heating units at the same time, based on night 1\. The owner was not at home. So the lights were off, the power to both heaters was off, etc. We attempted to sleep, employing as many blankets, sweaters, etc. as we could find. The room temperature in the BR got down to the mid-30s. Neither of us got much sleep. When we awoke the next morning, power had been restored. Aside from those issues, the unit included no dinner plates, silverware or drinking cups, although it did include a basic array of cooking pots and pans. Nor was there any dish detergent provided. Lastly, both TVs accessed only streaming entertainment, but there was no cable or Dish access to current programming on networks or local stations. ##### Clark Y. Super Clean had everything I needed to be comfortable. The hosts were attentive without being overbearing, very nice and responsive! Check-in was smooth and I had no problems The apartment was as pictured/described in the listing. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful.
