I am not understanding the service fee that you all have for this location for the room is already $71 a night so it makes it hard for people to stay here and maintain it like me. We have to pay by the night and then you wanna add an extra five dollar service fee on top of the $71 that I already had to pay other than that it was OK and I was in room 361. There was no shower. It only ran water out of the tub so I had to squat down to take a shower so that was very inconvenient.

The shower didn't work, and when I went to the front desk, they didn't resolve the issue; the air conditioning didn't work either. Also, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the moment I opened the door, it smelled like marijuana.

I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property. My stay was unacceptable due to severe sanitary and maintenance issues that made the room feel completely uninhabitable. Upon arrival, the room was filthy, featuring dirty walls, stained surfaces, and multiple broken items, including non-functional kitchen appliances and a leaking bathroom faucet that required me to use a trashcan to manage the constant water flow. Most concerning was that I suffered bed bug bites during my stay, representing an extreme health and safety violation. When I addressed these issues with the front desk, the maintenance staff was unprofessional, suggesting I should not have stayed there, and management dismissed my request for an adjustment or refund at checkout without any further follow-up or resolution. From the dirty windowsill and broken door trim to the damaged bathroom tiles, the overall condition of the room was deplorable. Save yourself the stress and choose a different location.

Staff was a new guy! He was very nice! Got to my room 116 and folks was sitting in cars. Got into my room appeared bigger floor was nasty. I wiped down and asked front desk if I could get my money back. They told me to notify Hotels.com. Tub was nasty and roaches and nats,appeared out of nowhere!

I drive 18 wheelers. I was running out of time and just needed someplace to park the truck and to rest for the night. Most of their guests must be extended stay. I had a double room. I chose not to sleep in the first bed when I pulled the covers back. The doors were filthy with fingerprints and just dirt. The ceiling was peeling in the shower area. Do not be fooled by the picture on the website. Most of the furniture look like thirdhand pass me down. The best thing about this motel is that it sits close to the interstate, and it is close to eateries.

Customer service is everything to me. I spent quite a bit of money at this business and I expected a little more hospitality. I booked the room for a family member that suffers from PTSD. His experience wasn't so welcoming. So for that along I will not refer future prospects. Also that must remember to check with their to see if they never linen, liner's and toilettes.

The room for the most part was clean except when the table was slid over I saw that they only spot swept. The water pressure in the shower was low and the bathroom sink kept clogging. Other than that for the most part the room was a pleasant stay for me for the price!

I was definitely discriminated against im black but my friend is white received a totally different room hers was clean and modern up-to-date my room was disgusting broken doors dusty roaches stinky odor in bathroom baseboards not cleaned since 1892. I was placed in a smoking room handicapped while I was in nursing scrubs i had expedia she did not even though I specifically asked for the opposite no smoking and was almost turned away until I threatened to call Expedia. It seems as though they will take the reservation through 3rd party but they really don't want to honor it, and if they do, they will give you the ugliest nasty room possible because you did not pay full price or black in my case my wallet went me missing from the room mysteriously.They claimed they had no tapes to show when I threatened to call the cops and when I left low and behold my card was locked but declined for 90 it was them trying to run my debit card for one more night after checkout strange but true I will never return i am in dispute with my bank after taking pics/videos of poor unsanitary conditions just pay the extra money and go somewhere else to be safe and rest in comfort , cleanliness and peace treated fairly this was a nightmare read the scrappy bs reviews they on Google not just expedia
