\- All mattress covers must remain on mattresses during use, unless being washed.  
\- All pillow covers must remain on pillows during use, unless being washed.  
\- Please turn off all lights not in use.  
\- Please refrain from taking items that do not belong to you. Missing items will result in charged fees.  
\- Fees will be charged for damaged property.  
\- Additional fees may apply for breaking home rules.  
\- Bookings are subject to cancellation if home rules are not followed. There will be no refund.  
\- Before booking, please be sure rules have been thoroughly read & understood.  
  
\-- CLEANING (UPON DEPARTURE) --  
  
\-Please leave the home in the condition where it was found (there’s no need to make up beds).  
\-If furniture or other items are moved, please place them back in their original areas.
