Massive, private walk out basement unit with private/separate entrance, private bedroom with attached bathroom, living room with smart TV, kitchenette. The unit is very spacious and comfortable with tons of natural light from huge glass windows and door. Walk out to the private backyard and patio to enjoy the natural beauty. The property is located in the heart of East Cobb and is only a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, cinema, shopping areas, walking/hiking/biking trails. Please note that a family lives upstairs, which is restricted area monitored with security cameras and not available for guest use. Please be mindful and respectful during your stay. Listed unit is a private and independent walk-out basement unit with private attached bathroom, kitchenette, living room, dining area. Freshly laundered towels, make-up towels, bed linens, soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer are included.
