This was our second stay at Bellyard and we’ll be back. The rooms are small but clean and modern. The location is an easy walk to shops and restaurants. What draws us to the Bellyard is unquestionably the level of service.

The property is gorgeous we definitely plan on returning. .It was very clean and the staff pleasant. The only thing that i didn't like is that registration wae inside the bar/restaurant. We arrived after 8pm and it was very crowded. Therefore i suggest getting there before 5om

The hotel was fun and trendy. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I would just suggest that they direct the cars dropping off passengers to exit out of tue other end of the garage so the cars flow kore efficiently.

Loved the modernness of the property as well as the location and activities nearby. We were in room 208 on the second floor which overlooks the parking garage 😣 the curtains are sheer so the extreme brightness of the parking deck lights shown thru the window all night. Extremely hard to sleep. These rooms should have some sort of blackout curtains as well.

What I enjoy most is the convenience of it all. You never have to leave the grounds for ànything. It really feels like resort and not just a hotel. The staff is great! Christiano at the front desk was EXCELLENT! He really made sure he delivered exceptional customer service. He is truly and gem and has solidified this being our go-to hotel in Atlanta!

The closet was a bit tiny. The staff was super friendly, the valet speedy, and the location good. They had room service, but figuring out how to order wasn't easy. There is a bakery in the hotel, but it doesn't open until 9, so don't depend on it for coffee.

Love the Ballyard. It’s is upscale and minimal at the same time. Great view of downtown. Area surrounding it is full of restaurants and shopping. There is easy access to downtown and Buckhead as well as 75/85.

Great property with excellent staff which is almost impossible to find in todays environment. The front desk supervisor, Mark, is a total Class Act and his professionalism exudes through the staff around him. Lack of communication on parking. I received a parking violation because the hotel doesn’t explain how their parking works. It was only after I received this ticket that they provided with correspondence that showed you how to pay for parking which is not the norm at other hotels that deduct the fees from the card on file. In checking in this information should be told to guests to avoid any unexpected charges. I booked this hotel because I was attending a concert for my birthday and the parking violation was not my idea of a birthday gift.
