➜Our pools are on a weekly cleaning schedule so during your stay a staff member might go to your pool to complete the cleaning



BEFORE BOOKING:

➜Please make sure your Airbnb profile is up-to-date and complete

➜All guests must be at least 21 years old



PET POLICY:

➜Pets are welcome, but we kindly request that they stay off the furniture and bedding

➜A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet is required, with an additional fee of $150 for three or more pets



EXTRA GUESTS:

➜A fee of $19 per night per guest is charged after the 6th guest

In compliance with Airbnb's Party Ban, no more than 16 guests are allowed in the house at any time
