The room was clean, but the bathroom floor was very, very dirty. The room is very dark. Not enough lighting in room. The construction is absolutely horrible, we were put in a handicap room, we're not handicapped, I do not know how anyone that is handicapped could reach the shower head. The maid only left 1 towel and didn't empty the garbage. The front desk at check in and check out was very personable and informative. I'm not sure we would stay here again.

They were having network issues and the WiFi did not work the entire time I was there. They also attempted to automatically charge me for a 2nd deposit (my card was locked) at 7am randomly, even though it was paid/ authorized when I checked in. There were a lot of notices around the hotel about the network issues so I understood, even though a heads up about the WiFi would have been nice. The coffee bar in the morning was nice, and so was the staff. The lady with the Afro was very patient, helpful and kind. Overall I would return, but some of the furniture outside should be replaced.

Upon arrival I went to the front desk to check in because the Marriott app told me my room was ready approximately one hour prior. The person at the desk told me there was 10 other people waiting for rooms and it would be awhile without ever asking me for my information. I explained that the app had told me the room was ready and asked if he could check. He told me the app should tell me what my room is then. When I asked where it would say it on the app, I was met with "It should just be there." Eventually he looked me up and confirmed my room was ready and gave me my keys. We were giving a parking pass that costs $32/day but it only worked once to get in during our stay. There are no microwaves in the room. The sink was backed up. Most inconveniently, the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms. You have to use it in the lobby which is most inconvenient because we had to get work done and we're unable in the busy lobby. Staff advised us that the Wi-Fi has been a problem for 8 months.

Check-in was fast enough but the service was pretty bad. Didn't bother to talk about wifi login or breakfast availability. Just handed me my keycard sent me on my way. The room was pretty bad as well. I paid for a single queen bed room with a city view and I got a double queen with a parking lot view. The toilet seat wasn't fully attached to the to the toilet. There was no toilet paper. There was a dirty bath towel in the shower. The room was clearly poorly cleaned, especially in the bathroom. The rest of the room seemed ok but who really knows. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here, especially for the price paid.

This property was outdated. I stayed here as an emergency since my power went out and this is definitely not a property I would pick if I was visiting Atlanta. I’m sure there are much nicer places. I stayed in room 422. The toilet seat was pretty much falling off of the toilet.
