Spacious suite with fenced back yard, deck, gas grill, fireplaces and splash pad


  • The living area is a fully furnished spacious private suite (over 1,000 square feet) featuring a private entrance, queen bed, futon bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, computer workstation (computer not provided), and high speed Wi-Fi. Living room area has a 70" TV with DVD player, family friendly DVD collection, Youtube and streaming access. Location is in a quiet residential neighborhood less than 5 miles from the UGA football stadium. Free parking for 2 cars available in the driveway, and additional parking on the street.

    The back yard features a covered deck with bar height table, gas fire ring, outdoor wood fireplace, and a large grass open fenced area with a concrete splashpad for the kids. Please let us know if you would like to have some visitors during the day. We have a gas grill, and and 36" griddle that can be used for outdoor cooking. You can relax in the comfortable seating area around the fireplace while the kids splash away!

Mark and Regina were so kind and made our trip a great experience. They were helpful with recommendations and their place is super comfortable. It was easy to feel at home there and settle in even just for a few days. They are also easy to reach with questions/travel updates as we planned the trip and always responsive and kind. If we are ever back in Athens we will definitely try to stay here again! And a final note- it was too chilly most days for us, but the neighborhood is convenient but also quiet and walkable. Great overall location and experience.

Georgia Game Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend to go to a Georgia game. The hosts came down to meet us as soon as we arrived and offered their help for anything we needed. UGA Graduation Weekend

We didn't get to enjoy the outdoor amenities because we kept busy with graduation activities on campus, but the inside definitely met our needs. Mark and Regina have taken care to think of everything you might need on your stay away from home. They are friendly hosts who are responsive thru the entire process. It was an easy drive on to campus and downtown. Highly recommend for your family's place to stay in Athens!
