« This property is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our little family get toghther. The kids loved their room on the 3rd floor, and all the things to do up there. (The staircase to the 3rd floor is a little steep, but my 6yr and 9yr old managed just fine. I think it was really only hard for the adults to get up there.) « Super easy to access the property. Randy provided easy to understand details for everything we needed to know for getting in and using the pool etc. The kitchen was very well stocked and had all sorts of utensils, serving items, tableware, and appliances...everything we needed. The pool cover was a big bonus. Very easy to operate and so helpful for keeping our young children safe. We loved the pool, exploring the property, and trips into town for treats at Bob's Frozen Custard. Hope to return! »

« Adorable little farmhouse not too far from local amenities. Very clean! We did make this choice based on several factors, one being animals and outdoor entertainment for our kids - neither of which were operational. Just wish that would have been updated in the listing. « My husband and I had been searching for something off grid, only a few hours away. We were lucky enough to have found our ideal setting in Rock Eddy Bluff Farm.. Loved every ounce of the quiet found only in the forest, and our days spent exploring the river canoeing. The evening was filled with camp cooking, listening to the wildlife, and lighting over the bluff from a passing storm in an adjacent holler. Our ‘lil cabin was cozy, charming, and made it incredibly difficult for us to think about...
