My stay was excellent. There were a few things that need improvement for example breakfast could be a bit better and add more amenities to the rooms. Other than that, staff was very nice. Hotel was well cleaned and maintained. Will stay again.

From the time I came in the staff was very welcoming. The hotel itself was Clean, quiet, and friendly. Breakfast was okay, and the staff very accommodating. The staff spoke English very well. The room was small and Cody. The pool very clean and the music they played was very. Soothing. I will be coming back. Thank you Arecibo Inn.

The only good things about this place are the entrance (clean and beautiful), the air conditioner in the room, and there’s a pizza restaurant attached to it. This place is overpriced for what it is. Don’t get fooled by the pictures on the website. Now I understand why it’s not refundable when making the reservation. The rooms and furniture are extremely old, literally falling apart. The staff not very helpful nor try to make you feel welcome. There was no WiFi in my room and I needed to attend a work meeting. When asked, the staff member said “oh, yes there’s no signal on that side” Totally careless-that’s not what I paid for. I had to get out of my room and sit at the entrance stairs to attend the meeting. The pool was dirty and cats everywhere. The water was cloudy green. I didn’t risk to get in the water. There were many young people/teenagers and were very loud. They would be running and playing around the hallways. The ceiling panels in the room and drapes were loose and falling. The dresser/tv cabinet falling apart as well and there was a 36’ inch tv in there that you could hardly enjoy from the bed. Overall, completely disappointed with this place. I would not go again and would not recommend this place.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, the hotel needs some big upgrades but for the most part is clean, the breakfast is so so, need to get a better system to ordering and cooking the eggs and sides!
Pool in the rear of hotel. The hotel needs better signage in the front and in the back, very confusing layout and parking!

This Inn has a great location and good staff, breakfast included is good. Rooms need to be remodeled and cleaned more carefully. You can hear people’s conversations and everything that happens in neighbors rooms. The pool area is ok, but there are many cats wandering around the area. The place has potential, but needs more care.

Clean room, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous; an older property but well kept and managed. Very conveniently located. Plenty of hot water (if you know, you know). We traveled to San Juan for SanSe and spent the evening in Arecibo on the way home to San German.

The breakfast was good, could be better. The a/c may require a more btu's for the size of the room, but it was good. The room was very clean and sanitize. As a recomendation, the window needs a curtain to prevent sun light in the morning.

We ended up leaving after one night. The sheets were stained and the room was not what was pictured in the photos. The walls were paperthin, we could hear everything loud and clear in the room next to us. The ceiling tiles were falling. There was only one chair available at the table. The room felt like a hospital room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Just wish the property was in better order.

This was an average hotel and not what I'd classify as "very good." The walls are very thin, and you can hear your neighbor's conversations clearly. The staff were very kind, and the breakfast was below average.

I would say a good value with a Marcos Pizza on site with a bar.. Clean and away from a major city. Had a samll refrigerator in the room. Air conditioner worked as it should. Many towels. 2 pools that are cleaned daily.. Nothing is far in Puerto Rico with a car. It too a minute for hot water to hit my shower head, but we had hot water.
