« la chambre était convenable, mais c'est bien la seule chose. Nous avons été surpris de devoir payer une caution (?) à notre arrivée. Deux personnes étaient assises par terre dans les couloirs à écouter de la musique, d'autres préfèrent sortir de leur chambre pour téléphoner dans le couloir, aucune de ces personnes ne parlait anglais (l'hotel est pourtant situé aux USA). des camions garés sur le parking font tourner leur moteur jusqu'à minuit. le parking et ses alentours sont remplis de gens qui...

« The breakfast variety was great and their pool and hot tub are excellent! Our room should have been a little cleaner and the front desk staff should have been a bit more polite and professional. The carpet in the room is outdated but my family loves that pool. »

« We liked the spacious rooms and the elegant decor! When paying to stay in a hotel, you would hope that it would feel special and fun to be there. This hotel gave us a good price, a beautiful room, and a spacious room! There is no bath which I would have liked but they have a very large walk in shower that is newly remodeled! Thank you to everyone who is doing a great job there! »

« We always stay at Double Tree. The service is great and is very clean place. But this time when we checked in the guy was not friendly at all. I tried to talk to him but he just ignored me and gave me my room key. Not impressed. »

« Pro and Con. Con -Many many rooms had windows covered by a white milky substance on the exterior, possibly from the above cooling units poorly vented. It was like milk poured over the windows, and you couldn't see clearly outside - at all. (I have photos) Plus my window screen a had a huge rip so it flapped in the wind. Also bathtub drain plug was disconnected, came out, and drained slowly. Pro: The bed seemed newer, and was clean and comfortable. The place was relatively clean. And the...
