"I booked this hotel for my sister while she was visiting our mum at the hospital, which is just a 3-minute walk away. It’s also within easy walking distance to nearby cafés and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very clean and neat. The only small issue was that there was no soap for the shower, but that was easily fixed. Overall, it’s a great place to stay."

We weren’t very far from the airport and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. It was easy to get to other major places and for all tourist trips this hotel was one of the pickups. "Good location if you like being close to the pier for traveling to the islands, and having the convenience of a mall right next door. The rooms are average at best and the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved with some traditional breakfast meats and a dedicated omelette station. One thing I found very good was the hiring of the deaf for the positions that do not require regular verbal interaction."
