The staff at reception were absolutely first rate making us very welcome and the rooms were both spotless. We didn’t eat due to our brief staff so cannot comment on the food at the restaurant. Convenient shops like 7/11 and others are JUST outside the etrance! Barber shops too! My needs where fullfilled! Even the busy elevators where quick, there are 3 elevators opperating, so no waiting there too! I did NOT as I was already wet! I insisted to be provided with a towel. I may add I wish I had not gone in the pool as it was disgusting … there was brown dirt floating in it. As soon as I saw that I got out.
