We had an amazing experience at Rixos Downtown Antalya from start to finish. The facilities were clearly explained upon arrival, and the staff consistently checked in to ensure our well-being and the cleanliness of our rooms. The hotel atmosphere was outstanding, making the stay truly enjoyable. A special thanks to my guest relations team, Ceyla, who was extremely professional, attentive, and always ready with great advice. She made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. I stayed in Rixos Downtown Antalya during my honeymoon visit, the hotel was impeccable. From first check in to final check out and everything in between. The service of each element of the stay including food, drinks and customer relations was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. Reception Burak & Acar were excellent.
