« We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and spacious and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Anna Maria Island - walkable to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We had no issues during stay, but I would suggest guests to first get an inventory of what the house provides and doesn't provide before going to the grocery store. We had our grocery order delivered upon arrival and I had previously asked the host what type of coffee maker they had and I was told only a drip...

« Property itself was great, its on top of a pizza place (good pizza spot) but you can hear the music from downstairs (only an issue if you dont like music). Only one parking spot so plan ahead - I would book again. Not related to the property but the management company could have been more helpful - we were only staying at the property for one night and we asked for a late check out, never heard back. While we left at the required time, we happen to be grabbing a pizza at 3p when the cleaning...

« Nice place, a little noisy in the morning but a good convenient location for a girls trip. It was clean and beds were decent. The water pressure was not great but that being said, I would stay here again! »

« Jenny was a pleasure to deal with. I even received a bottle of wine for my birthday. If you have a boat, be careful with the oysters on the pilings. At low tide they could hit your boat. »

« My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...
