The main home is a completely independent unit with its own listing and is not included in this reservation. However, please inquire about booking both units together. You’ll have one dedicated parking space in the driveway. Please refer to the listing photos. Please do not block the driveway, as all guests need clear access to enter and exit at all times. Other things to note Florida is a tropical climate, and while our home is professionally treated quarterly, it’s not possible to eliminate all bugs. You may see the occasional lizard outdoors or experience mosquitoes in the evenings—especially after it rains. We recommend packing bug spray for your comfort. You may notice our lawn care, trash/recycling, or pest control vendors on-site during your stay. These services help us keep the property in top condition and are scheduled regularly. Trash pickup is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place trash bags in the outdoor bin on Sunday and Wednesday evenings by 7:30 PM, so our team can bring them to the curb. It has a nice floor plan with lots of natural light in a clean, modern space. The large bedroom has plenty of dresser drawers & clothes hanging space. Most importantly, the bed mattress was very comfortable! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. One Friday night, we even walked over to nearby high school to watch a football game. The private yard is completely fenced in and nicely landscaped. It was nice to sit out there in the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit to read quietly. Hosts provided clear, welcoming information. We reported a minor problem while there and repairs were made right away. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Veronica C.
