The place is larger than expected with new appliances and split AC/HEAT elements and a nice little Keurig for those morning coffee drinkers. The neighborhood was quiet and located close both family in Bradenton and Anna Maria Island. Check in was quick and convenient. \*\*Also the sink that most people seem to complain about worked just fine\*\*A couple cups/dishes weren’t washed in the cabinet but wasn’t a problem.
