"J ai passé la pire première nuit de tout notre séjour de 2 semaines , on nous a donné une chambre avec climatisation défectueuse qui tournait avec un bruit d enfer jour et nuit sans possibilité de l arrêter J ai signalé à ma réception 3 fois avant que quelqu un intervienne et la coupe mais du coup plus de chauffage et la seule solution qu on nous a donné est une couverture ! Salle du petit déjeuner complètement illogique une queue de 20 mn pour réussir à se servir . Nous avions l habitude de séjourner dans les hôtels Margaritaville mais on est très loin des standards de la chaine depuis la reprise . "
