Best hotel experience in a long time.

Great experience, customer oriented, very polite and knowledgeable. Everything was perfect. This hotel is a must when you visit Terceira. Nice area, quiet but not too far from downtown. Breakfast was delicious with everything you need.

I booked this hotel for my parents and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this property. Friendly and attentive staff deserve recognition. This is a big property and with a limited number of rooms and guests, it wasn’t hard to find quiet areas to sit, relax and soak in the ambiance and the views. The property is just outside the main area but getting to/from the property was easy, especially with a car. Would recommend this hotel!

A True Gem with Exceptional Hospitality!! My stay at Palácio Santa Catarina was nothing short of fantastic. The property is charming and serene, but the incredible staff truly makes it special. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even stepped in to help resolve issues caused by a local tour company, with kindness, patience, and efficiency. Their genuine care turned a potential headache into a positive memory. This is the place to be if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with people who genuinely look after you. Beautiful hotel, great view from the pool area. Slept great, service was top notch. Enjoyed the breakfast (pancakes, bread, jam, fruit were my favorite). They have a bar that’s open til midnight - we got sandwiches after arriving late post-sunset after most local restaurants were closed and enjoyed

We loved our stay here! It was so quiet and such a beautiful building. The breakfast that was included each morning had so much variety and was excellent. The staff were so helpful in giving recommendations, and helping us book taxis and tours! You are within walking distance to many restaurants and a grocery store. We also loved relaxing by the pool, it had great views and was never busy! 100% would recommend!!

Beautiful, lovely I can’t say how nice this was. Little advice if you get an ocean view room, double check you don’t get the ocean view/Burger King view.

This hotel is very unique and beautiful since it’s an old building turned into a hotel ! The breakfast area , dinning rooms and the Rooms were very clean . However , there were a few small things that could improve and made the experience much better ! 1. The coffee machine and the instant coffee in the room wasn’t good at all 2. There were no Robes in the room 3. There was no water in the room for our second day of stay

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Palazzo untergebracht. Es gibt eine schöne kleine Bar und eine schöne Lounge. Die Zimmer sind gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück beinhaltet alles, was man braucht. Allerdings hätte ich mich über eine vegane Option an Brotbelag und über eine an Milch gefreut. Der Weg in die Stadt zu Fuß ist machbar, sollte aber nicht unterschätzt werden - Angra ist ziemlich bergig. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen, angenehmen Aufenthalt hier.

Tout était parfait : accueil et service aux petits soins. Lieu magique avec une très belle vue. Les chambres sont neuves et très bien équipées. Literie très confortable. Les produits du petit déjeuner sont frais et de très bonne qualité. Nous n’avons pas eu l’opportunité de tester la piscine. Bref nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement.
