Also the host got back to us immediately whenever we sent a question about check-in, etc. The instructions for finding the location were very good. In my 14 years of tour guiding, I can only think of two or three which were not very good. The property itself is quite nice and very clean. However, the lock wouldn't work and I was locked out. The property managers didn't share their contact information, so I was trying to contact an emergency line for VBRO. Finally VBRO made contact with the property owners. They refused to reimburse my costs to get a lock smith to come out and let me back in to gather my belongings. There was a surveillance camera which they said they watched me try to unlock the unit. They said I forgot the number. That was not the case as the number used for the unit was my phone number. They never apologized, nor did they pay me back. As a single female, it's a little unnerving when you have no way of getting into your lodging and no way of getting in touch with the property managers. Given the rudeness and untrustworthiness of the couple, I can't recommend this particular property. ##### Kathryn D.
