FYI it’s in the Panera parking lot! Parking is $30 a day so Valet it!!.. same price!! Close to Disneyland walk way! Easy access and exit from the park!

Friendly staff. Clean room. There are 3 elevators which made getting up or down easy with pretty much no wait time. Short walking distance to Disneyland (about 5-7 mins). Highly recommended.

The hotel was good but it was on remodeling different area, it was many stuff of construction inside and the back parking lot of the building, the staff was very friendly and helpful, location of the hotel really good, pretty close the Disney and many restaurants around.

Great stay, any construction that had been going on according to some recent reviews must have been completed. Very well maintained older property in an unbeatable location. Rooms have been re-done and are modern and clean. Bathroom is tiny, but if you're staying here you're probably spending most of your time at the park anyhow. Staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming, kids loved the pool. No breakfast option on-site, but we just stopped by Panera on our way to the sidewalk for a quick breakfast for the family.

Very clean hotel, close walk to Disneyland, newly updated rooms, housekeeping was wonderful, they randomly gave popsicles away at the pool and the staff was all very friendly. It was a lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient location if your going to Disneyland. Lots of things to do in the area as well. Great that the parking is free if you can find a spot! There are not enough parking spots to accommodate the hotel, so if you don’t find one you are forced to use the valet service for $40 a night. There were more valet spots in the parking lot then non valet spots. Plus they are renovating rooms which took up another section of parking for the non valet.

The Fairfield is a great property to stay for proximity to Disneyland. It’s clean, with updated rooms and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. There isn’t much for extra amenities right now due to construction in the hotel but it was not a big issue as staff were very accommodating. Highly recommend the Fairfield.

When we went in August 2026, they were renovating the front entryway so at times it was loud while walking through the entryway. However, the room was quiet, The view was nice and we had a view of the fireworks. The pool was clean and well maintained. All the staff we interacted with were friendly.

Room 433… 2 queen beds. Room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of pillows on both beds. You can hear the bell ring constantly from the water park next door which can be annoying. No breakfast however McDonald’s and Panera right in front of the property. elevators are accessible through the main lobby. Lots of construction taking place so the building may feel a bit cramped. Parking… we valet parked for $30 a night. We stayed 3 nights.
