Welcome to our recently renovated and spacious home in Anaheim, ca! Whether you are here for Disneyland, the Anaheim convention center, or to just enjoy the sunny California weather; our house will be the perfect place for all your needs. Disneyland closed their employee's entrance for everybody to walk to Mickey and Friend's tram but there is another short walk(17 minutes) to Mickey and Friend's tram. You can find the walking direction to Mickey & Friend's tram in Photos. The tram is free that takes to the front gate of Disneyland. During your stay, you can watch the fireworks from the convenience of our house. Our home is well equipped with a plethora of amenities that will provide you and your family with a memorable vacation. Disneyland's nightly firework display can be viewed from the front of the home! The fireworks usually start in the evening at 9:30 p.M. And can be enjoyed without the crowds and chaos of the amusement park. Our house was completely renovated in august 2015\. The house has central air conditioning and heating. The kitchen has elegant granite counter-tops with a centrally located island and is fully equipped with brand new appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and an electric stove. The living room has a 55-inch led television with a DVD player and includes a kids video library. There is also a pool table and Foosball table for your enjoyment. We have a spacious 8 chair dinning table and additional seating can also be found on our granite counter top island. All the rooms are freshly painted and each bed has brand new mattress for a great night sleep. All the three bathrooms are gorgeously remodeled with beautiful finishes to match. There is also plenty of parking on the driveway that can fit 3 to 4 cars. . Also, the backyard has a barbecue and brand new patio furniture for you to relax in the evening. In terms of location, we are 1 mile away from downtown Disney where there is a free tram that can take you to Disneyland and we are a 5-minute drive from the Anaheim convention center. We are also only 5 miles away from the Honda center and Angeles stadium. Harbor blvd is a popular street that is lined with plenty of restaurants and shops and is only 1 mile away as well. For shopping, the outlets of orange is 5 miles away or for a relaxing day on the beach, either Huntington Beach or Newport Beach, is only a 25-minute drive away from the house. The city of Anaheim requires that all short-term rentals be licensed by the city. The permit no. Excellent place shared by 2 small families (one couple, another couple with an infant and 2.5 year old). More then enough space and plenty of privacy for each family due to the unique layout of the home. Well priced for the location and very convenient walk to and from Disney. The a/c did stop working at one point but we were able to get it fixed quickly and the host with very responsive. We had 7 people and had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet except when the fireworks were going at Disney each night. We could see the tops of them from the backyard. Would stay again. ##### Kristin M. Take the bbq out if you are not supplying the gas because we were on vacation and don’t know where to buy propane. Broken wine glass and not enough silverware. The kitchen, family room and game room are amazing! The bedrooms are large and set up well. There is an extra room if you just need some quiet time. There are 3 bathrooms, so everyone can get ready quickly. This home is within walking distance of Disneyland! It has easy freeway access, yet is in a very quiet neighborhood. Comes with all amenities, washing detergents and condiments. The host was more than helpful especially allowing us to check in an hour or so early and gave us a later check out for free. Walkable to Disney and nearby Garden Walk including the House of Blues if you are willing to deal with the crossings. Quiet neighbourhood, we barely noticed anyone else around. We had several big teenage boys and the accommodations were great. The large room worked quite well for all of us to be together without being crowded. It is a well-equipped house and the book of information quite complete. Our previous questions were answered promptly. We enjoyed the fireworks also. Only a couple of things that could have been better. 1\. The house layout was weird. 2\. The were components of the house that were dated. Like I said, overall communication with host was great and proximity to Disney was excellent. Universal Studios was a trek in bad traffic to get to. Oct 6, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Probably one of the better places I’ve stayed with a group of 8 Overall a great stay, house had everything we needed, having 3 full bathrooms is amazing. House is in a very quiet nice neighborhood which is always a good feeling . House manager instructions were crystal clear and easy to understand. I’d definitely stay again, and would recommend to those looking for a house around the corner from Disney , Ubers were only about $7.. over all good stay house is adult and children friendly. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is there was a few items that were damaged prior to our visit (example: pool ball triangle) and even though the first thing I do is take picture of them prior to the stay it’s something that sits in the back of my mind if the host would maybe blame us . Maybe that’s just me over thinking but overall great! ##### Felipe N.
